We arrived before 8:00 on a Friday Night and Daniel told my 65 year old wife he was to
busy and for
Her to stand there in the dark and told her to call customer service after hours check in when we arrived before the new weekend hrs, office closes at 8:00, 10 minuets after Sundown.
We were told we had two key cards but only one.
Since the place is falling apart, we didn’t know where to park, where our 2nd vehicle can park since they have multiple parking spots blocked...read full review
Am an owner. Reported that we would be a couple days late by telephone and e-mail. Within their “system” we were shown as a no show so they gave our unit away. We show up today and they don’t have a unit for us. Have left messages for property management, no return calls. So very disappointed.
