“GREAT FOOD/ GREAT STAFF. We had a late lunches of barbecued pork and avocado toast - both were delicious! Aside from the food, what really sets Currents apart is the helpful and patient staff. We had a bad experience with a motel and were looking for another place to stay. This entailed staying at the cafe long after we finished our meals. It is unusual to find customer service like this.”

“My friend and I stopped at the Blue Agate Cafe looking for food and a bathroom and a place to sit. We visited during Phase 1 of re-opening from Covid19. We were hungry and grubby and not from the area. But, we were met with eyes smiling from behind a mask and immediately felt at ease. After our order was placed, I asked about using the restroom facilities. I was met at the back door with a squirt of hand sanitizer so, mask on, I took care of my needs and washed with soap and running water, for 20 seconds, twice. We were offered outdoor seating in a pretty little back courtyard sheltered from the wind and full of blooming flowers. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the house made veggie burger and, as a connoisseur of veggie burgers, this was easily one of the best I have ever had. The service was friendly and just made me feel easy and welcome. Lunch yesterday was a delightful culinary and social experience. I highly recommend this small eatery to anybody wishing to be treated as family in all the best ways. Thank you.”

“Pizza pie crust was perfect. Pie was tasty too. The owners sat with us for almost 30 minutes and gave us terrific pointers how to make the perfect pizza dough. What a great place right at the warf.”

“Today I tried the Flat Iron steak dish. Tender and tasty grilled slices of steak with potatoes and sweet carrots. The sauce made me drag each slice of steak through it, before it went into my eager mouth. I ate too much and I am NOT sorry. So good!”

“Tillamook County needs this food cart. The regular staples on the menu are well balanced and full of flavor. But the specials y’all…. The specials are so diverse, bringing flavor to Tillamook like no one else. Things like Pork belly melts (so buttery), special smash burgers (like with wild chanterelles this week), beef and lamb gyros. I’ve never walked away still hungry, occasionally leftovers. If you like flavor, you’ll love this place.”

“Good diner style food. Service was great! Seated in about 10-15 minutes. Price was inexpensive for being near the beach. All in all a great breakfast spot. Will definitely come back.”

“I ordered a cake for my husband's Birthday to pick up by noon on Saturday. I had an appointment in Portland on Friday, so we stayed the night. I completely forgot and noticed the text they sent at 11:45 AM around or after 5:00 PM. I responded apologizing. They are so amazing that they offered to meet the next day (a day that they are closed) so that we can get the cake. I will likely never buy a cake from anyone else as long as I live in Tillamook County. They are amazing people and the cake was both beautiful and delicious! Thank you Sarasota's, for being the best. “the best thai tea. Boba is an option! And today I tried the mango sticky rice. what a mistake....not buying 2. I wanted a a second order because I literally finished it before I made it to Garibaldi.
