“We live 3/4 across the country in Indiana but every time we come to town we always visit the Ale & Cider House. The lady who owns the place and always seems to take care of us and is always very friendly. As for the beers and ciders they are the best we’ve had. Loved the ciders before they filtered them but still taste just as good but without the “look”.😉 A true gem that you must try next time you are in the quaint little town of West Linn. Thanks for the awesome drinks and hospitality!!“

“I love this place! I could get a cup of coffee anywhere but this shop has become more than just great food and drinks - it’s a place for neighbors to gather and the owners have fully invested themselves in our community. Love the breakfast sandwiches, my daily coffee and Friday evenings on their back lawn with a beer and friends!“

“This is the only place that serves Vision hard cider (that I know of), specifically the Colada Cooler (coconut lime)!! It's my absolute favorite cider I've EVER tried ❤️❤️. They don't serve food (other than small bags of chips & I think free popcorn) but they allow outside food which is a plus!! We drive from Beaverton to Canby just so I can get my cider fix occasionally. Last weekend we went to a Disco event there, it was fun although I'm pretty sure everyone knew each other besides the two of us lol.“

“Great local taproom. They play great music on a double record player, and great live music on the weekends. The cider in particular is very good. The food is hot or miss, the pizza is great if a little pricey, the apps and sandwiches are getting better.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessed by wheelchair that I could see. At least one or 2 steps at every entrance.“

“The burger was tasty but the bun wasn’t toasted so it got kinda mushy, but the buffalo cauliflower and the Parmesan fries were both AMAZING and more than made up for it. The wine selection was diverse and affordable and the atmosphere was lively without being too loud. Will definitely be coming back!“

“This food is wonderful! It does vary a little bit depending on whose cooking in the back but is always good. Their Mac and cheese combos are amazing! I don't eat Mac and Cheese EVER except for here now. It was a happy impulse one lunch time!“

“The owner Mark Rourke is the BEST! Very friendly and interactive with all the customers. The food and service are the best as well. Also shout out to the bartenders that are very attentive, personable and Johnny on the spot. Oh and I can't forget about the cook who does an amazing job as well. “Known this place for a while for its entertainment and food. Went on a week day and the place was relatively quiet. The food is very reasonably price but the house special steak is always badly cooked. The men's bathroom needs urgent repairs!“

“Umm... I wanted to rave on and on about the pizza, then the pork meatballs, then the Spag (with meatballs)..but something else struck me that is even more important. Some place finally, THIS PLACE knows how to do wings on the west coast! How did it take this long? Oh my God! I took my chances and those are the wings I've been waiting for. Very impressed!“

“The beer selection was top-notch—tons of great options on tap and something for every taste. The real surprise, though, was the smash burger. Easily one of the best I’ve had—perfectly crispy edges, juicy, and full of flavor. Great vibes, friendly staff, and a place I’d definitely come back to. Highly recommend!“
