“There should be an exclamation mark after the Yes in answer to the question of whether I recommend this taco trailer! Best al pastor taco in town and their rice and beans are just plain and unadorned great - especially with their pico de gallo and your choice of one of their 7 salsas!“

“Totally delicious! I came on a weekday, when it was quiet, but I hear it can get bustling on a weekend. Got the chilaquiles verde. So, so fresh, and the poached eggs were perfect! I tried both green and red hot sauces, both were delicious. Great bottomless coffee, and they were on top of the refills. And friendly service to boot. I will 100% be back!“

“I got a quesadilla from them tonight I got carnitas and chorizo it was🔥 and the girl working up front was probably one of the most upbeat friendliest waitresses I have met in Corvallis it was a call in order so it did take like 10 minutes but that parts whatever I live like five minutes away good food here I would go give them a shot💯“

“I have passed by El Palenque hundreds of times but finally decided to stop in yesterday for lunch. They have delicious food and even better drinks! The Mango Tajin margarita was amazing. I highly recommend checking it out. We will definitely be back again soon!“
“If you are stuck with your dinning dollars and want a burrito, this is the only place on campus to get one. They are about the same size as the ones at Chipole but with a little less ingredients. Overall, if you are looking for burritos on a budget, this would probably be your best bet.“

“This evening we enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service at Mexico Lindo in Corvallis. The atmosphere with soft background music was very pleasant. There also is a beautiful Christmas display in the restaurant. We will definitely eat there again.“

“food here is good it's inexpensive and fast service. The only downside that I came across and this is for most restaurants that sell tacos they need to put the corn tortilla on the grill a little bit of oil even for a minute to add a little bit of char. But otherwise I'll keep going food's good“

“I ordered catering at this location for a very large group in person. It was last minute but they were still willing and very friendly and helpful. Rosario and the whole team there were very welcoming from the start. The food was ready on time and pick was made smoothly. 10/10 experience.“
