This would be a great restaurant if was tucked away in a more private location. It deserves better than to be on a busy highway in a strip mall.“

Slow to take drink orders, which were wrong when they finally arrived. Waited a long time to have our order taken & waited even longer for food to come. Food portions were large but tasted funny? Likely won’t be back though unless we’re conveniently in the area.“

“Oh my goodness the pizza was amazing! We are from the east coast and have never had a pizza that was so delicious. We had the Track and Field Combo and it did not disappoint. Look no more at 40, I’ve been eating here my whole life and I will always get this pizza before any other type of pizza. This makes me a little picky about strange things like, employee retention, a love and involvement from owners, a mutual respect among employees, excellence in service, attention to details. Last but not least- knowing their customers- how they like how what when and where is remembered and held somewhat sacred. Being a regular here is being part of a family as staff or clientele. As long as I have breath in my body and they will have me I will host a show here for my own sanity and well being. More places should pay attention to how these people do business on all ends. “Washburne has improved their service flow and perfected their baked good items. I recommend their homemade almond/cashew milk in a latte paired with a homemade pop tart. Get there before 10 am to get the pop tart-they go fast!“

Got the drink called the pain killer was good. Waited patiently close in the front facing the Small stage where the Headliner band Jenny Don't & the Spurs played there hits. It was an amazing time they played for 1 1/2 hrs we all loved it every minute dancing till I was sweating and rocking to the live music. Haven't had a great time like this in a while due to my busy work schedule.Purchased 2 T-shirts & a poster got to meet jenny & her husband. So glad we decided to go in as it was totally unexpected and an unforgettable night. Thank you so much I will definitely be back.“

“Sometimes giving a place a second try is worth it. ***This was my original review I was in town and my friends were getting burgers so I said I'd get one too. I ordered the Blue Cheese Bacon burger. I also asked for added sautéed mushrooms along with the onions that the menu described. We brought them back to my friends to eat. My burger was a wreck! The onions were barely noticeable and only on one side of the burger. There was maybe 3 slices of mushrooms despite the additional $2.00 charge. It was missing bacon. I called and shared what had occurred and how my burger was all wrong. I was given excuses about a recent menu change and that there had been a rush at the time my food was being made and essentially an apology with an excuse. My friends eat their probably once a week. I was told my name with my friends name would be put somewhere safe and that I could come in anytime for another on the house. Because of that quality business ethic at the time I did not write a review and was saving it for burger I'd originally hoped for. I finally came back to the area today and stopped in to inquire. They did not have my or my friends name anywhere but the cook said they remembered my burger was wrong. Today their remedy was to offer a few dollars off any order. Far from the original rectifying the wrong. While my friends who live nearby may continue to frequent your establishment, I will not be recommending you. I am from this area and I have a travel blog and share recommendations to hundreds of travelers from all across the USA. It's unfortunate you didn't honor your word. And it's unfortunate you didn't make it right. $18 for a burger and I left a $3 tip has left a bad taste in my mouth. Snack Shack (Owner) a month ago Hi Dreba, I saw your review and read what happen. im sorry about your experience im the new owner just took over last month I would love for you to give us a chance ill even remake the order they mest up for you on us come by or give us a call and ask for the manager This was my updated review of the Snack Shack Since I was in town again, I took the invitation of the new owners as an opportunity to support a new enterprise that represents a change. I showed them the previous review and their response and asked if they wanted to make use of the opportunity. I told them what my previous order had been, and they got right on it. I was treated kindly with smiles and asking my preferences. They used clear language for clarifications. The establishment looks very similar to the last visit, however the atmosphere felt more inviting. While I walked around and took a few photos my burger order was cooked. I got it to go. It was still hot when I arrived 10 minutes away. I had nibbled on the fries while I drove. The burger was juicy and all the added flavor bits were there. The mushrooms and onions were done nicely and were of an amount that was evident in each bite. The blue cheese added a nice bite and wasn't overpowering. I appreciated having the bacon on the side, even tho I had said I didn't want bacon. It got nibbled on too. Thank you for inviting me to try again. Thank you for a great dinner. Thank you for being kind. I'll tell me friends to come back too. Best wishes on your new endeavor. I urge you to give an old place with a new set of values a try. Thanks for making it right.“

“Food was excellent and there meat comes straight from a butcher shop that is delivered straight to their restaurant, the meat was excellent the food was excellent and one of the more affordable breakfasts with lots of food. The inside has been remodeled it was quite nice and very comfortable. Excellent customer service friendly.“

“This location is always a 10/10 for me. From the friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff, to the food thats perfect every time. Im a regular here and this wont change! Dietary restrictions and preferences are not a problem here! If you have a specific way you want your food, they will do it. Want your fries a little more crispy than normal? They will do it. Want chicken instead of beef on your burger, or even both? They will do it.

“We drove up from Roseburg for comedy night. Decided to try eating somewhere new to us. What a wonderful meal we had! Every bite was scrumptious from the Parker Rolls, to the trip tip dinner and smoked duck through to the fig leaf sundae. Staff were lovely!“

“Hop Valley is a good spot to unwind. The food and drinks are good but could use a little finesse. The Nachos were ok and the spicy margarita was interesting. I wish they used fresh jalapeños and gave you sides of sour cream and hot sauces. Usually a good spot off I-5 to eat but they've made it a little difficult to reach. I'll definitely be back!“
