Blazin Gyros offers amazing food, especially the Blazin Gyro. The meat is perfect, veggies fresh, and the pita toasted just right. The tzatziki sauce and blazing fries weren't as good as before, but the gyros still measure up to a favorite place in the Midwest. The Blazin sauce is spicy and delicious, similar to a spicy southwestern mayo, ideal for dipping fries. Even though there have been some changes, the overall experience at Blazin Gyros is worth a return visit.
