Stopped here for lunch after flying into Portland Airport. Glad we did as pizza was very tasty, great beer selection and spot on service. Be sure to stop by when you're in the area!
Oakshire provides a quiet (enough) atmosphere for my Scrabble buddies and I to jam out a few games every Thursday night (without obnoxious patrons looking over our shoulders and telling us what words they think we should play or what is/isn't legit - this has happened at numerous other pubs we've played at...). Staff is always friendly. They have some pretty decent salads. I'm GF so the food selection is limited but the kale salad is solid, and have good ciders available. The bathroom next to the kitchen was amazingly warm and cozy when we went during the ice/snow storm. 10/10 would pee there again.
