They have always focused on using high quality ingredients and providing extensive training to their employees. They don't put corn syrup flavorings or burnt roasted coffee beans in their coffee like many chain coffee shops do. Just good quality, traditional Italian roasts, high quality flavorings, and other great non-coffee options like organic tea.“
