Its upsetting when the only job they have is fast food and they can't ever serve fresh fries and never give you napkins or ketchup

Carl's Jr. offers great food that is often described as the best tasting fast food, with burgers like the Double Western Cheeseburger highlighted. The food is usually hot, fresh, made to order, and tasty, with specific praise for the onion rings. However, many find it expensive. Service is frequently friendly, fast, and efficient, even during late nights and long lines, with a clean and well-lit parking lot. Some issues include a malfunctioning app and rewards system that never works, and occasional order mistakes like cold French toast or incorrect hash brown sizes. Despite some complaints, many customers report they will be returning.
