About Deadstock Coffee Roasters
Deadstock Coffee Roasters Reviews
I was looking for a good chai and saw this place was recommended. Not only was my chai very good but I got a berry pop-tart pastry and it was amazing! The baristas were so cheerful too. I will be going back to this place.

A quaint little hole in the wall coffee shop, serving their own roast. The drip coffee we had has a fruity flavor. Not sure if it was the addition of the sugar free simple syrup or simply the coffee blend. The mocha was delicious & frothy. We also had a raspberry jammer, basically a delicious biscuit with raspberry jam baked into the top.
Deadstock is a black-owned business with Great Wall art. Don’t forget to look for the sneaker clock on the wall!
Menu
Deadstock Coffee Roasters is a small, unique coffee shop in Portland that stands out for its design and focus on lifestyle clothing and sneakers. The cheerful baristas create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to relax or get some work done. The menu features a full espresso bar capable of making almost anything requested, and the Iced Vanilla Latte is good and reasonably priced. The chai is described as incredible—sweet, spicy, and not watered down. The shop sells its own beans and merchandise, including branded shirts and hats that receive high praise. A notable feature is their collaboration with Push Pull, which results in rich, smooth espresso drinks like the Lebronold Palmer, known for being one of the most unique iced coffee beverages. The space is stylish, cozy, and full of attention to detail, attracting both locals and visitors alike. Although the espresso in the latte was felt to be watered down during a visit, the quality of their craft is evident, and a return visit is planned to try a more espresso-heavy drink. This hip and friendly spot is highly recommended for anyone seeking a distinctive coffee experience in Old Town.
