I'd never even heard of Dockside before a couple months ago, and had we stopped in on the day I'd intended, we would have coincidentally visited on its last day of operation under the helm of the original owners. Old school bar and restaurant- in the best ways. Staff gets along and everyone seems happy to be there working. The food was better than expected. They have a lot of TVs if you need somewhere to watch a game.

Okay... I don't just give 5 stars away. But, this place and these people are charming, and if you made it in for the Crab Benedict special, you'd know what it's like to have your tongue tickled in all the best ways. This historic holdout has a place in my heart.
