I got Cajun sausage the other day and noticed in the inside. There is potato chunksâŠ.looks like a filler to me and it certainly wasnât fat. Not sure whatâs going on, but Iâve never had potato filler inside Cajun sausage before. Is this a way of saving money? youâre not telling the public what youâre putting in the sausageâŠ. Make sure to list the ingredients of whatâs in the sausage!
This place was recommended by our German friend. We went in and it smelled amazing. We didn't end up making a purchase because there were so many people and it was hard to tell where the line started and ended, Who was shopping, and who was ordering. It was the weekend before Christmas so maybe that's why it was so chaotic. When we get back up to Portland we may try to get in again.

It is worth mentioning that the staff for the most part seemed impatient/annoyed and a bit aggressive to be honest. The service completely ruined the experience. The âserverâ in the kitchen was horribly rude and needs a new job. August 9/25
