I got them for my daughter’s birthday party! Make sure to ask them about it if you want some good taco catering for your parties! Everything was so delicious and their service was wonderful! Owner is super sweet and so are his workers. Highly recommend!!

Looking for a bite to eat and in the area? This is the place. Cool place found scrolling on Google with a lot of food options. Stopped by these guys in particular, chated with the owner. New to the area. The food was delightful and a must try.

Best food cart AND best Mexican food in Portland. I highly recommend the huarache with al pastor, but everything is amazing! You can tell it’s very fresh ingredients and everything is home made. We drive out from Hillsboro just for this place!

The chicken tinga burrito is the best I've had in Portland easily. It's huge, the tortilla/rice/meat are done perfectly, it has a perfect natural spice level that requires no additional sauce, yet pairs excellently with their avocado crema. I'm excited to go back and try some other items out.

El Goloso catered our wedding, and they were truly the star of the show! Our guests are still raving about the food and service. As Texans with roots in Mexico, we had a hard time finding authentic Mexican tacos after moving to Portland, but when we discovered El Goloso, we instantly felt at home. The owners are some of the sweetest people we’ve ever met, and their dedication to authentic, delicious food shines through. We’ve tried all their meat options, and honestly, we can’t pick a favorite because they are all amazing! Their aguas frescas are refreshing and full of flavor. We can confidently say we’ve found our favorite food truck in Portland. If you’re looking for top-tier food that will leave a lasting impression, El Goloso is the way to go!

This food cart is in the Piedmont FC pod. I got this recommendation from a chef. He said it was good. He’s right. Actually he said it’s the best Mexican food he’s had in Portland.
As a person who is GF I really love Mexican food- there’s a lot of choices usually and that’s certainly true here. Only 2 menu items aren’t GF (tortas and burritos) everything else has corn tortillas.
The guy working the register is really friendly. The hurache was delicious and there was plenty of food for $13.
The people who were eating at the FC pod were super friendly. They had 4 football games going. Lots of spaces to eat - some are covered for the rain. Parking is a little challenging since it’s on Killingsworth and only 2 blocks off of MLK.
Definitely worth the trip for the food. We’ll be back

I appreciate the soy chorizo option so much! The torta and tacos have been perfect and I love the habanero sauce. It's been the same two ppl every time I've gone and they're always friendly and accommodating to my vegan requests

Excellent chorizo burrito. Flavors are just right. You can split the burrito with two people or save half for later. Hot sauce is just like the ones in Mexico.

So we all know how hard it is to come up on an authentic, delicious, and consistent Mexican joint in PDX. El Goloso is easily one of my new faves. Their burritos are top tier with grilled onions and spiced perfectly. The homie hooked me up with tripe tacos that blew my mind AND their lengua is without a doubt top tier. DON’T
SLEEP ON THIS PLACE
