So tasty! I ordered a small bowl and it was AMPLE. The service was delightful and fast, and it was a delicious lunch. It was my first time eating at Fuego, and I will definitely be back! (Visited the cart at NW Yamhill and 6th Ave, for reference.)
I usually can’t even remember the name of this cart, as to me it’s simply “Laura’s Burrito Cart.” She always remembers exactly how I like my food made, and is the friendliest, most positive person in the whole neighborhood.

This food truck is pretty decent. The vegetarian burrito bowl that I got had a lot of fresh ingredients in it. There was only one person working the truck, which made the service kind of slow. But the person was very friendly. I would definitely eat at this food truck again.
