I ate at Verde Cocina en la Perla while at a work conferencein Portland, Oregon. The food was so delicious that I build my entire birthday around eating there! I live in Olympia, Washington. It is over an hour drive but I will keep doing it every few months. I had Arro as my bartender and server both times. He treats you like FAMILY, and this place IS family owned. We used Verde Cocina for our wedding in September and I felt lucky as a gluten free bride. We were one of the couples that had been scammed from their previous catering manager and Verde ultimately came through for us. They honored what we were promised from the former catering manager and fully showed up for us on our wedding day. We ended up using their bartending services as well and everything went really well.
