Giorgio's Restaurant

At first I wasn't sure what to expect because I'm sorta picky, but if you're in the Pearl and you're in the mood for some good food these guys are honestly a must. Love the service and the food!

My parents from Melbourne, Australia, and I had a really special dinner at Giorgios tonight. The ambiance is subtly elegant, casually European, and the owner (I think from other reviews) was a graceful, unobtrusive but knowledgeable host. A lover of legit Italian food, Giorgio's has been in my "list" for a long time. Came here with a large group of friends to celebrate the holidays. We were a rowdy bunch so it was good that we were seated in the bar area which is a bit more casual. The waiter/bartender did a fantastic job of getting everyone drinks, bringing warm bread, managing the food orders, answering lots of questions and trying his best to handle some special requests.
