Grand Fir Brewing is a welcome addition to the Southeast Stark and 14th Avenue neighborhood. The restaurant offers a variety of tasty offerings, including their popular pulled pork sandwich and solid local beers. The basic burger, while simple in ingredients, is priced at $16. During Portland Sandwich Week 2024, the pulled pork was praised as fantastic, with the juicy, flavorful meat not needing any added barbecue sauce. The fries and their accompanying sauce were also highly enjoyed. The restaurant's spacious interior, with large windows and two main entrances, provides a comfortable dining experience. While service can be slow at times with only one bartender working, the low noise levels and cozy atmosphere make it an enjoyable spot to visit, especially during the summer months.
