The food and the choices were absolutely top notch. This is the type of place that I wish was in my neighborhood so I could come here weekly and try something new. I posted photos of the bathroom because they were a little bit odd and weird but don't let that sway you on how good this place was. An absolute treat.
I wanted to love Happy Dragon. I liked it, but I didn't love it. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have Peking Duck which is our favorite dish. On the plus side, we were seated immediately and the service was very good. Our appetizers, hot & sour soup and fried dumplings were both excellent (and the $11 bowl of soup could have fed 6-8 people, we took most of it home).
