Jack in the Box in Portland

“One of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time. I just stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee because I had a little time to kill between service calls. Super friendly guy behind the counter, service was fast the guy even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. Fast food is never going to be considered fine dining, and with the service at some places nowadays it's downright shameful. That was not my experience here and I feel like the people running this store deserve to be recognized for it.“

“The service at this location is incredible! I was here late at night after delivering food, just trying to use the app to get some burgers. To my dismay, the app was bugging out! They weren’t going to let that get in the way of my dinner, though, and they hooked me up with an even better deal than the app offered! Whoever was running the window around 3:30 AM, thank you!“

“Vegetarian options: I want to say they did a terrible job with making the milkshake I ordered the last 3 times I’ve been to this location they have done a very poor job making a milkshake. Also they had several items on their menu that they were no longer serving or they no longer have. They also made my breakfast sandwich wrong which was the whole reason I went to jack in the box was for a breakfast sandwich at dinner time any other at I normally have a good experience here but not so much lately. Sad!“

“It was Jack n the box. Food was great, service was fast but not friendly, not rude either just not friendly. Bathroom codes are annoying to need, bathrooms were also dirty. Entire floor was sticky, like someone mopped the whole place with soda.“

“came through before with a poor experience and was offered a free combo meal in return. not necessary for me so i didnt take it, but very epic and much appreciated. drive thru has improved greatly in communication since my last experience, and work flow inside definitely feels better too. picked up a mobile and ordered something else while there. Everything was communicated politely and efficiently, and our foods great. will def return“

“There is a gentleman that works there late/over night shift and he is amazing. Some nights he’s there by himself (or so it seems) and he’s always friendly, smiling, and the food is fantastic. Some nights, there is a lady there. I always hope he’s working.“

“If you’re in the Portland area I would definitely recommend this jack in the box. I tried another one by the bridge and the guy working was rude as helllll. I went to this location late as heckkkk (later than I was at the other one) and I still received exceptional service.“

“I stepped in here to drop off my son and hung out with his friends for a little bit and they did not have lids for the large soda cups out and available to customers but when requested they quickly provided one. One thing that might improve the place is if the restrooms were better maintained the odor of urine in the men's room was a little overpowering“

“I went through the drive through on 10/7/24 about 6 or 630 to pick up some dinner before my daughter had to be checked into the hospital and the lady that took and handed me my order was very pleasant. I was not rushed to order or like I was being annoying like at most other places. She was very welcoming and nice which you do not get now days. It was really good to have experienced that and the food was really great. It was nice and hot and freshly made very little wait time. I am really impressed by the staff that was working yesterday when I came through they definitely deserve a job well done ??“
