“Food is fine, good for fast food. I cannot give the staff enough kudos, it seems like every time I go later in the evening, the whole store is run by only two haggard-but-somehow-still-friendly people rocking it as best they can. I hope y'all can get some more support from higher up 🤘“
“I normally stop at this Jack in the Box at night time and every time I've been through there they're super nice my order is correct and food is nice and hot and exactly how I wanted it. Even when there was a long line they worked pretty quick“
“You're the only place in town that when they give you a shake they still fill the whole cup up and give you whipped cream. That's unheard of these days so good job guys thank you I told you I would post for you and I did the kid that work that I was so polite I would have hired him myself“
“There is a gentleman that works there late/over night shift and he is amazing. Some nights he’s there by himself (or so it seems) and he’s always friendly, smiling, and the food is fantastic. Some nights, there is a lady there. I always hope he’s working.“

“This Jack in the Box in Portland, Oregon is honestly one of the best I’ve ever been to. The food was fresh and delicious — you can tell they really take their time with the burgers. The customer service was outstanding. Reyes, the manager, deserves special recognition for being incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The whole team treated everyone with respect and made the experience even better. If you want great food and amazing service, I highly recommend this location!“
“I was not able to go in due to the time of ordering. Drive through was fast, professional and very nice. The time was reasonable waiting for order.The food was new,hot and fresh. Thank you for the hard work and late hours to feed people like that needs it after a long drive.“
“I've noticed a steady improvement at this location. The staff are friendly, but it's definitely a skeleton crew and they're stressed out. Regardless, I still get friendly service here with a smile.

“I went through the drive through on 10/7/24 about 6 or 630 to pick up some dinner before my daughter had to be checked into the hospital and the lady that took and handed me my order was very pleasant. I was not rushed to order or like I was being annoying like at most other places. She was very welcoming and nice which you do not get now days. It was really good to have experienced that and the food was really great. It was nice and hot and freshly made very little wait time. I am really impressed by the staff that was working yesterday when I came through they definitely deserve a job well done ??“
“I only needed to wait around for a friend's appointment to end so I stopped by to use the restroom and get some fries. I've never been to a jack in the box and this was an extremely pleasant first impression. The gentleman at the counter was extremely kind and positive, I can't remember his name but he had some awesome visible tattoos on his neck. He took my order with a smile, the price of a large fry even pleasently surprised me. He allowed me to use the restroom and let me know I'm not required to order, I felt comfortable enough to eat at a table and sit around for the time being instead of my car. I didn't feel rushed at all. And a lot of the staff seemed pretty happy. the environment was very clean too. Thank you!“
