Amazing fresh tofu & soymilk!Their veggie tofu chow fun was also fantastic. $19 seemed a bit steep until I realized how massive the portions were; it was enough for about 5 meals.The storefront and lobby could use some sprucing up but the folks running this place were very friendly and pleasant.Please support your local small businesses like this!
Finding this place has made me so happy! I've begun to despair recently that I'll never love restaurants here like I did in LA. We've found our noodle outlet! Try not to let the stacks of boxes and grain bags lain all over the entrance, the empty display case or the lack of a vigilant counter guardian discourage you. easily one of my favorite takeout spots in portland. the food is incredible (we got the house chow fun) with huge portions.I called in thanksgiving to see when they closed, and the owner offered to stay late to cook for us (I didn’t ask to come late). 10/10 place, I highly recommend.
