“The best location I’ve been to so far. All the other ones have been meh, such as service, staff, and overall atmosphere. This location stands out from the rest because of how the staff interacts with the customers while creating your sandwich. If I recall correctly, Ryan was the one who made my sandwich. She was very friendly with a positive attitude. Ryan double checked the ingredients I wanted in my sandwich. Now that’s attention to detail. And the one checking me out was also friendly. Overall had a positive experience and will definitely be back :)“

“My original JM was the OG in Point Pleasant, NJ. I’ve been coming for years- all over the country. Today, the online order counter was packed to the brim, when that got done the line was almost to the door. The staff working was super friendly, helpful and patient while I figured out my points, made me a delicious sandwich, was speedy with all guests and were racing, ever so calmly in demeanor to clean tables. As a restaurant manager, I honestly wanted to steal all of the employees and have them come work for me. Thank you so much for another yummy dinner and handling the pressure so well!“

“I went there a few weeks ago. Some young worker told me to come up and he could take my order but I misunderstood him and he looked busy so I didn’t move. He said it again and I told him I misunderstood him the fist time and he was a bit weird about it but I ignored it. I wasn’t having the best day already to be honest.
Anyways, I don’t know if the manager noticed what happened or what but I go to check out and he just said “this one’s on me” and gave me the sandwich for free. Maybe he just noticed I was having an off day, I don’t know, but this totally made my day.
