“Been working across the street at the Ford store for 5 years and this last year I started going much more frequently. The staff is awesome! The old manager and I were decent friends and he used to make all my subs. I am happy to announce- Anne the rosey red haired employee- makes the best sandwiches!
She has me forgetting all about Andrew! So shout out ANNE!!!!

“My original JM was the OG in Point Pleasant, NJ. I’ve been coming for years- all over the country. Today, the online order counter was packed to the brim, when that got done the line was almost to the door. The staff working was super friendly, helpful and patient while I figured out my points, made me a delicious sandwich, was speedy with all guests and were racing, ever so calmly in demeanor to clean tables. As a restaurant manager, I honestly wanted to steal all of the employees and have them come work for me. Thank you so much for another yummy dinner and handling the pressure so well!“
“I went there a few weeks ago. Some young worker told me to come up and he could take my order but I misunderstood him and he looked busy so I didn’t move. He said it again and I told him I misunderstood him the fist time and he was a bit weird about it but I ignored it. I wasn’t having the best day already to be honest.
Anyways, I don’t know if the manager noticed what happened or what but I go to check out and he just said “this one’s on me” and gave me the sandwich for free. Maybe he just noticed I was having an off day, I don’t know, but this totally made my day.

“This location is so freakin’ busy, especially with the online orders, and it is amazing how professional the staff is despite the crazy volume. They definitely do a good job hiring. Hope they treat the staff with a little something extra for the hard work!“
“It's the sandwiche shop,but the meat is freshly sliced for every sandwich. They're very careful about crossing contamination with dietary restrictions. Which is very important when someone at home has celiac disease. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They are so popular that it gets a bit busy at lunch.“
