He was extremely helpful and helped work out a way for my order to be completed. He chose to take it upon himself to manage the line and get a huge order done.

Should be moved to manager and clearly the whole team there was working smoothly because of the communication and kindness of the whole team!

“Always a welcoming atmosphere, subs are consistent and crew always acts friendly. Often a full lobby, but the line moves quickly and the workers move with urgency to get everyone through as quickly as possible. Great spot for a quick lunch or take out for an easy weeknight dinner for the family.“

“I went there a few weeks ago. Some young worker told me to come up and he could take my order but I misunderstood him and he looked busy so I didn’t move. He said it again and I told him I misunderstood him the fist time and he was a bit weird about it but I ignored it. I wasn’t having the best day already to be honest.

Anyways, I don’t know if the manager noticed what happened or what but I go to check out and he just said “this one’s on me” and gave me the sandwich for free. Maybe he just noticed I was having an off day, I don’t know, but this totally made my day.
