“Just to balance out the low ratings here because it hasn't opened yet... I believe this is finally the location that is replacing the old location on NE Broadway, which by the way was set on fire, at no fault to the owners or workers. I was told by the manager that they were never planning to reopen at that specific location again, which is understandable. It made me sad, as I live in this area, and the closest one was now a highway drive instead of down the street. Ever since this location popped up in early November, I was excited that they finally found a new space.I agree that Google shouldn't mark it as "open" yet, but I think that it probably just defaults that way when you make edits to a business. This was obviously recycled from the Broadway location, so any new activity could have triggered Google to say that. You can simply just make suggestions, as a Local Guide, to get Google to hopefully revise this. No need to unnecessarily post a horrible review for a place that makes amazing sandwiches. As of today, 12/4/23, the official Jersey Mike's website says this place is scheduled to open 12/13/23; however, I have seen that date get delayed for a while now, and this is most likely because they need to make sure everything is up to code and whatnot. Who knows? I am not one to know the ins and outs of this franchise. All I can say is that I'm very excited for this to open in the neighborhood again, and when it finally does open, it will become my new favorite location.“
“These guys kept the doors open at 8:55 pm. They served me with smiles. I'm use to businesses closing ten minutes before to get staff out but these guys and this business is professional. I found out these names were Domingue and Victor the Jersey Mike's Twins. I tell ya these guys moved fast and appreciate thier service. Shout to these guys and hope they get raises or management soon. Store is clean as well. Shout out to this entire team.“
“Thank You for opening a Jersey Mike’s in the neighborhood .You have to appreciate a place that their food they serve looks like their menu and commercials.I see other reviews and they complain about the wait time.Believe me it’s worth the wait. There’s a Subway down the street with nobody in line , lousy customer service and if you enjoy a flat sandwich that taste like cardboard You can get it quick. You know Charles Barkley and Patton aren’t eating it ,just cashing the checks. If they had to remake Happy Gilmore today ,Adam Sandler would be holding a Jersey Mikes Sub.“This one’s for you Grandma”.“
“I appreciate the care and caution they used when preparing my gluten free sub. They thoroughly wiped down surfaces, changed gloves, used different utensils, and used the squirt bottle of mayo rather than the container on the line. And the sub was great!“
“Great food and customer service, employees are always welcoming and full of energy. Marshel is an excellent example of outstanding customer service, providing efficient service with a smile and a good joke makes a good day that much better, cheers.“
