“I've ordered from this place only a handful of times as I'm not from Portland. I work at a medical facility as a travel nurse. I ordered Door Dash from this place for the third time ever. My phone, on rare occasions, stops receiving calls and I'll have to restart it. The delivery driver called me four times but I did not receive them. After 30 minutes past the drop off time with no food I contacted the store. The man advised me of the situation and advised that he left it at one of the doors as he couldn't get ahold of me. Of course, the food was gone once I had checked all the doors to the building. I called the facility back and the man remade my order for free and delivered again with a smile on his face. He doesn't know how big of a help that was. I will absolutely be eating there again.“
“When I arrived I was informed they were out of bread. They had the regular wheat sandwich bread but not the normal jimmy johns bread. I asked of they could use the day old bread and they advised against it but said okay. The bread was a little tougher but, the sandwich was delicious. I didn't get the ladies names that were working but, they were great, friendly and did their jobs quickly. Still weird for a sandwich shop to run out of bread with an hour left before closing.“
“I was 15 cents short for my order because my friends sent me with cash and I didn't have my debit card.Cashier was so nice to cover it for me and it really turned my day around.I never caught his name but if you see this thank you again!“
“This location kills it every time. I eat here roughly once a week (we listen and we don't judge) and can say they're super consistent and timely every time. Never have I ever had a bad sandwich from this location. Great portions and nice people behind the counter. I order online and never have issues with the grab and go pickup.“
