The food is always good but ordering and getting food delivered through their app is so frustratingly inconsistent. I’ve placed orders 30 minutes ahead of my lunch time, sometimes they make and deliver your food in 10-15 minutes, other times it will take them 45. I got an 18 piece party pack for a work function. This works great, they can accommodate many dietary restrictions. I ordered online and picked up same day. The people working were nice even though they were super busy.Vegetarian options: You can make the sandwich vegetarian pretty easily

I like jimmy John's. I like that they deliver. What I don't like is that for whatever reason, this location takes 2 hours to make a sandwich and deliver food....I only ordered 1 sandwich for myself to be delivered to my home 10 minutes away...I understand being short staffed and busy..but I had places to be and ended up waiting 2 hours to get my food...the delivery girl was nice enough to apologize that my drink also didn't have ice (which I don't care about) but I got no notice...read full review
