If I had to use 2 world's to describe my visit, it would be confusing and unsatisfying. First, the sandwiches are standard and in small print, hard for me to small print. You can't get Pickles on your sandwich, you have to order a pickle on the side. If you want yellow mustard you have to use packets and apply it yourself. I love Jimmy Johns and order it at work probably weekly. It's great for people like me that can't leave work but still get hungry and forget a packed lunch. My ONLY complaint is WHY with my delivered order am I never provided with a napkin??? Seriously, could you spare a square? Just one maybe? Please...? I would totally give you 5 stars if you did :)

Gotta be honest...I probably order from you guys way too much. But you guys are good and super fast and convient and that's why you have so much of my business and I always tip. However lately you guys have been dropping the ball a bit. I live only 10min away from your shop and it usually takes no more than that to be delivered and that's awesome. The past 3 times have taken 20-35min and I'm on my lunch break. Let's just try to keep it freaky fast please!
