I don't know why this place is always so empty. The sushi is delicious, and the prices are really good for such a large variety. The staff have been very helpful and kind.

V&A Sushi offers a fantastic price/quality ratio with generous portions and fresh fish. The sweet potato roll is a must-try. The menu includes delicious options like seaweed salad, gyoza, and customizable rolls. Customers appreciate the affordability. The chef, Tim, is skilled and accommodating, willing to create custom rolls. V&A Sushi is a favorite spot for fresh and tasty sushi in Portland. The nigiri fish was huge, and of exquisite quality. The hand rolls were some of the best ever eaten. Stellar sushi within a few minutes of home. Especially loved the seared bluefin nigiri, the prince roll, and perfectly crispy sesame balls. The squid salad was excellent. V&A Sushi is owned and operated by a charming couple. They have delightfully prepared, always fresh sushi and other Japanese treats. The atmosphere is great.
