Got some Belizian love for my friend and I for the first time today we had Belizian food and Holy Moley this chicken is fire! Got me some firey and sweet sauce was like Mae Ploy but fit for the King Rama himself! The skin is charcoal heaven and the pickled onions are to die for! What a find! Casually walking around downtown, we stumbled across some of the most delicious Caribbean food in the state! Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior, the simple menu packs a significant punch. If you don't know what to order, trust your server to point you in the right direction...chicken, red beans and rice is the go to!

Had the single chicken and loved how unique and savory the flavors were. Highlights for me are the rice and beans which I could make a meal out of on their own. Additional shout out to the broth/drippings they included. It really took the chicken and rice to another level.
