The app didn't register that I'd entered the curbside number. I went inside and they took care of me.
Very disappointing experience.
I chose this location specifically because it had a higher rating than the other nearby McDonald’s, but unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.
First, I tried to place an order through the app, but the app said that this restaurant could not accept my order. So I had to go inside and place the order at the counter.
I also forgot to provide my mobile rewards information when ordering....read full review

Drive-thru service was excellent. We had a large order. The cashier was patient and easily made adjustments to the order where we needed. Order was perfect, nothing missed! We had to wait briefly for part of our oder but it was delivered quickly to us with a smile. The food was hot and we are always happy to have the fries!

On the plus side, it's wheelchair accessible with handicap parking available and has friendly staff. Some customers have had positive experiences with fast and hot food, like fresh hot French fries and correct orders, while others have encountered issues like missing items. Overall, it's an average fast food joint with room for improvement.
