Came to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday with a total of 2 ppl. I made reservations for omakase style dinner ahead of time since their website recommended it.
Upon walking in, we were sat at a 12 ppl bar-style seating. Nimble fish offers 3 service times per night in groups of 6 ppl. We got their relatively early and waited for the rest of the 4 ppl to arrive before service. Zach was very knowledgeable about sake and we each ordered a separate glass.

The variety of fresh, not frozen fish is feasible primarily because the restaurant is small and can cater to those looking for a Japanese experience, with dishes like the elegantly refined Kohada.
