I was lucky enough to find Phillip working the Kitchen. There was lots of great looking fresh food on offer so I was unsure of what to order, Phillip offered to whip me up a Caeser Salad Wrap as I was wanting something quick & easy to take away & then proceeded to genuinely chat to me about my day/trip to Portland while waiting. Great service. Credit to the Outtakes Cafe. Thank you ?
Every other Friday they have a fantastic baked potato bar that a group of coworkers and I make a several block trek for because it's just such a good deal and delicious.Reasonable prices, good food. Centrally located downtown, what more could you ask for? Eh, I guess I could for them to open their bathrooms so others could use them, but not that big a deal and I understand why they don't.

One of the few places in the vicinity open for breakfast before 8 (opens at 7:30). Located in the basement of the Standard Insurance building (just head in there from 5th Ave, there's no sign of it, just head downstairs). Good hot food that won't break the budget. I enjoyed a breakfast burrito, made to order.
