Peet's is my favorite coffee. Always delicious and they have lots of vegan options for my daughter and I who both have a milk allergy. The frappes and seasonal drinks can be made safely for us which is appreciated.
PDX 2F between #3 & #4 baggage claim area Peet’s coffee is located between the upper and lower escalators.
It was convenient to use the outdoor smoking area on the 2nd floor and wait while drinking tea until departure. The toilet is also conveniently located nearby.

Denise and Elizabeth have amazing customer care. They were dealing with a processing server error (that had been occurring all day) and they explained exactly what was happening and handled us and the line exceptionally. For something that was completely out of their control, in a busy airport location, they handled themselves great!
