“So I on my last order, there was a mistake made. So I called and to make another order with the credit that was given. The store was in Portland at the S.E. 122nd and Holgate location. But the call center was quick to pass the buck. I finally was transferred to the store manager Jason who took care of the problem and and applied the credit no questions asked. He made a customer for life. Thanks Jason!“
“There was a huge system crash on the app and in store so I got charged multiple times. It was supposed to be delivery but then changed randomly to carry out so I came to the store to find out what was going on and I’m glad I did because my order never came through and so I had to reorder but the general manager made it right for me so I appreciate that. The pizza was horrible though.“
“I got a pizza from Pizza Hut today on my way home from work. Vanessa was the manager on duty and she was very patient very professional friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a large meat lovers Pizza on handcuffed crust and in order of cinnabons. Now I haven't gotten to the cinnabons yet, but the pizza was hot fresh delicious well made the crust tasted very good. The toppings were just right and tasted very good. Pizza Hut will be my choice next time I want to order a pizza. Thank you Vanessa.“

“Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly what I was craving. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were generous. Zaria was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything came out quickly. Great customer service from her! Definitely a solid spot if you want good food and reliable service. I’ll be coming back for sure!“
