The pizza was amazing perfectly cooked, and the cook brought it to me.....very good
Very authentic pizza with fresh basil! Delish!!!
I think I found the secret to pizzicato's perfect pepperoni pizza. If too much pepperoni is put on and it is cooked to quickly at low temp, it will melt into the cheese and ruin the flavor with too much grease.
If you put just the right amount of pepperoni which is maybe two pieces per slice on a medium, And you cook it on a high heat fast, (And I say this because I was the last pizza of the night last night Thur)) it seems to allow the cheese to pop and not be overwhelmed...read full review
