Definitely delicious BBQ!
I have never had sour bbq before, ever. I've lived in Memphis and have traveled to many bbq hot spots and never had sour corn bread. The Cole slaw was a pickled sort of dish that I stopped tasting hours later. The meat was cooked properly but it was all sour. It's not for me. Chapman's bbq in Gresham is more like Memphis, KC, Louisiana, Houston, San Antonio and St. Louis. Nice server.
Took my Texan husband here as he has yet to find BBQ in PDX that measured up.
