Zilla Sake Reviews
I have been coming to Zilla for about 8 years and have always been impressed with their consistency, speed and flavors. Over the years I have had the pleasure of multiple omakase nights and they always delivery different dishes that truly change how I view sushi as a whole. My wife and I had our first date here two years ago, and just came back for our first date as a married couple and we love having a special place to slow down, enjoy each other and eat mouthwatering food to...read full review
Great food. Loved my sushi and the miso soup was out of this world. However, the best part of the meal wasn’t the food. Our waiter, Fabrice, was kind, funny, and probably the best waiter I’ve ever had. If I could I would rate the service as 6/5.
My go-to spot when I eat out. The food is always very high quailty and satisfying. Very simple but extremely well executed.

Zilla Sake is a restaurant that prioritizes attention to detail, especially in their sushi. The sushi rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned, while the ingredients include fresh radishes, freshly ground Wasabi, and carefully sourced soy sauce. The atmosphere is pleasant, featuring a nice long bar, and while it may feel a bit pricey, the high-quality sushi has been praised as worth the cost. The restaurant aims for a quiet, zen-like atmosphere. Many customers have highlighted the exceptional experience of the omakase, describing it as heaven on earth for taste. The staff is noted for being very attentive and knowledgeable, contributing to a fine-dining experience. Guests have enjoyed various dishes, including hamachi nigiri, eel nigiri, nishi futomaki, and a seasonal crispy-skinned trout dish.
Zilla Sake is known for its fantastic sushi and omakase, with a great selection of sake personally curated by the owner. The restaurant also doubles as a sushi grade, dry aged fish butchery shop that serves fantastic sashimi rice bowls on the weekends. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. The service can slow down when the restaurant gets busy, so it's best to visit during off-hours or before any dinner rush or late-night date rush. The sushi chefs prepare each dish with great care, and the small, intimate space makes it ideal for couples and small groups.
