Rose City Grill Reviews
Great public course. Well maintained
Very simple basic order at the counter grill. Breakfast till 11:00, which is awesome. I live in the neighborhood so I could walk over. Nice crispy hash browns, well cooked sausage and scrambled eggs. Epic selection of hot sauces. Good solid basic breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be.
I love coming here for breakfast! Such fresh, hearty portions, and friendly folks working here. Everything is made to order, so it may take a few extra minutes, but the food tastes so good it's totally worth it! I recommend the Valley Omelet for breakfast.

The Rose City Grill, located in the Rose City Golf Course Clubhouse, offers friendly service and a decent menu for lunch. It's likely most popular with golfers, but the grill is open to the public, making it a great option for those in the area looking for a burger, sandwich, or even a beer or drink at a reasonable price. The menu features classic dishes like the Jimmy Max breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, and cheese on an English muffin, as well as a traditional Reuben with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. While the grill may have been overlooked in the past due to bad experiences with golf course food, this spot is now considered "top tier" by locals, with a comfortable, chill vibe and plenty of seating, even accommodating a full baby nap. The Rose City Grill provides a solid, traditional dining experience, perfect for those seeking a break from the experimental, fusion-heavy menus found elsewhere in Portland.
