I thought this was supposed to be fast food, but I literally sat in the drive-through at the window waiting for my food for at least 10 minutes
Unbelievably terrible customer service experience.
Loud music playing in the kitchen area, rude staff that ignore people in the lobby. Server attempted to serve me a fountain cup of water when I paid for Aquafina then with a attitude went in the back to get what I actually paid for and ordered. Poorly managed place and the worst experience in a Taco Bell anywhere.
