I have to give it to all the staff who works there. I did not visit on a normal day but during the worst ice storm of the year. They were slammed, being one of the only places open to eat in town. The hotel was housing many of the people displaced by the ice storm which had knocked out their power, so the few staff working that night(thank you all) had to deal with people being annoyed by hour long wait times(don't know what you would be expecting in the middle of the weather...read full review
My wife and I had dinner here on a First Thursday evening. Both seared tuna Nicoise and the Everett Street burger we had were quite good. The service was okay, if a little slow with only one server and one bartender. My gripe is the $15 glasses of Oregon Pinot Noir I had were served at room temperature (~70 degrees), which really spoils the experience.

I usually just sit at the bar when I find myself here, but when I'm meeting friends, I get a table. The food is still great, but it's just a different experience. Because you have a server versus a bartender, the check-ins are a little less frequent, allowing for better conversation throughout the meal. It is always a real nice change of pace to experience the restaurant from a different vantage point.
