I have never seen a Guatemalan food truck serve so many authentic Guatemalan dishes before. Basically, everything my mom makes was on this menu, it was very exciting to see. I am plant-based so unfortunately I am not able to eat most dishes but that's ok b/c that's how it's supposed to be. I was able to try the bean & cheese pupusas & wow, they were sooooo good. I spent a decade in Guatemala and missed the flavors of authentic Guatemalan cooking, you can find excellent and traditional stews, street food and more here. Staff is friendly too.
