Really great sandwiches, yucca fries, and plantains! I enjoyed the Lomo Saltado and the Yucca Patty sandwiches when I tried them in the past, but lately the standout for me is the Inca Chicken. That's my go-to order now—it is so tasty. Get the spicy version! ?Also the staff is super friendly and warm! I'm glad they're at the Mercado.Parking: There is an attached lot for the Mercado but it's really easy to find street parking nearby
Ordered the #4 sweet and savory pork and it was phenomenal! The meat was tender and juicy. The rice and dipping sauce were flavorful. The plantains were cooked perfectly with that caramelization. All the flavors complimented each other so well. On top of it being delicious, there was so much food. Worth every penny. I will absolutely be back!

Omg so good! We got the lomo sandwiches and agreed it was the best sandwich either of us had eaten in a looong time. The flavor was so satisfying and delicious. The bread was also a surprisingly perfect choice, grilled to perfection. We were so happy!
