Found my favorite bubble tea place. They have the best brown sugar and mango blended with foaming cheese on top in PDX town 👍. Bonus point for decorations 😊

However, there is no public restroom available. Wheelchair accessibility is good, with a ramp leading to the door.

The boba pearls are chewy and delicious, and drinks like the Brown Sugar Black Tea and Banana Pudding Matcha have received praise from customers.
