“I wanted to just say thanks so much for the amazing people who work at the Starbucks in prineville Oregon. I have a new baby and was trying to carry my two coffee’s out and they fell and exploded. “Nicole totally made my morning perfect. I had tried everyone’s favorite pumpkin latte last week and hated it!!! Yes it took me this long. But I love brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Nicole made a hot one for me this morning that tasted exactly like my cold one I drink when I want ice! I was in heaven! She is the bomb! She really listened to what I had to say and made sure I was happy!“
