“The food has always been pretty good. And most times we get a nice Waitress. There is one that gets a little nasty with the customers on the phone and in the restaurant. “We had the Cod fish and chips and chowder in a bread bowl. Very good, hearty portions, crispy and hot fries. Chowder was nice and thick with plenty of class. Loved the old bar and diner atmosphere. Also had outdoor dining in the back. Not a big place but the food was very good.“

“Wow… being from Seattle I get some really top notch food… but I can say that the Reuben at Double D, is the best I’ve had… over all the great Seattle Reubens over the years!! My favorite sandwich and this is the best Ive had! Totally ended up here not knowing what I’d get, but very pleasantly surprised! Also has a 7Devils Blond which is always great! Kim was fabulous and went out of her way to help me and get me food to go since I had my pup… and she made the night even better! kudos to the whole staff from front to bar to kitchen!! If you’re passing through south on 101… skip Reedsport and go to Double D in Winchester Bay!!“
