“This Sassy Express Thai food truck serves up awesome and unexpected dishes. Run by this local couple, were friendly and seemed to be local favorites. We tried their Thai spicy level and it was so hot that our ears were ringing, but we absolutely loved it. The vegetables were perfectly crunchy, adding a nice texture to the meal. We will definitely be coming back for more.“

“Hard area to find veg food, especially really really good veg food. It is obvious the owners of Country Squire really really love food and they serve their love to everyone in every dish. Even though they have a meat heavy menu they cut, prep and serve and season their veg with great respect. This was the most flavorful veg melt I've ever had. The portions are great for the price too, total was $15 for general tsao chicken, rice & a double order of the mac salad + the potstickers!Solid good price for lunch or dinner. The woman that cooks the food and runs this spot is so nice, and it is very obvious she takes pride in her cooking! “absolutely love this little gem in Wheeler. Everything tried so far has been so good. The owners are so friendly, they even offered my doggo a little treat while we waited for our food. I finally tried the Buddah Bowl and discovered my new favorite! An abundance of fresh, crisp beautiful veggies, rice (brown or white) and protein choice (chicken, shrimp, and tofu) with a delish peanut sauce. I had the chicken which was lean and perfectly seasoned.“
