I rolled up to Schwietert's Cones & Candy, knowing exactly what I was about to do: demolish some salt water taffy.
This place is serving Taffy Town taffy, coconut oil–based, which if you know anything about taffy, is the *only* way to do it. Soft, chewy, perfect. Not sticky. Not weird. Just pure, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. You take one bite and instantly regret not buying more. I did. Bought way too much. Ate it all. Zero regrets. Full hounddog mode.
