“We were camped at Champoeg State Park. It is a short drive to St Paul and we needed a quick dinner. I ordered a dinner salad and ate a couple onion rings off my husband's plate. The dinner salad was crisp and fresh. My husband's burger was delicious and the onion rings were spot on. It was so good we went back again a couple of weeks later. Sally tends bar and waits on tables. She does a great job. We will return. Yummy!”

“Fantastic dinner for 4! Dario, one of the owners, welcomed us as we sat down with amazing Italian enthusiasm. We went on a Sunday night, when they serve a variety of gnocchi dishes and pizzas. We had a caprese salad and the beets and truffle salad. Both delicious. We each ordered a different type of gnocchi dish. Co-owner, Sheena, helped us pick out a wine which went perfect with our meal. Dessert was great too. We are already planning to go back.”

“A shout out to Graham at Stumptown Taps! We had a group event there last night and it went super smooth. Reserving tables was easy. Although they don't serve food, you can bring in your own, or there are great options in the same parking lot (and some will bring your order to you -Taco Fuego does for sure) Their beer selection is great, and has unique options you don't see in stores. A big perk for beer nerds like me. Convenient for a group as you order individually at the counter, so everyone can close out when they want without the complication of splitting bills at the table. Also, a comfortable atmosphere to go solo too. If you haven't stopped in yet, you should! I will definitely be back!”

I was given a beautiful 5-course vegetarian menu, and to my surprise, the kitchen even created non-vegetarian variations of the same dishes for my husband so we could share the experience together. We also appreciated the window seat, the birthday candle on the dessert, and the “Happy Birthday” plate — all of these little details made the evening so memorable. “This restaurant has been on my mind since they opened. I drive by this unique establishment 5 days a week on my way to work. I finally ordered pizza to go today, and I wish I had decided to dine in. There is adequate outdoor seating but the indoor space is fabulous! Had I known, rather than call ahead I should have dropped in, ordered a cocktail while waiting for my food to be prepared, enjoying the ambience. The pizza is fabulous! Perfect crust and filling ratio is perfect. Leave room for the fabulous desserts. Looking forward to going back, but this time will dine in.”

So fresh and delicious. I normally don't care for waffle cones but I ate the whole darn thing. We want to come back to do their dinner on Saturday night.”
