“First time at Bo & Vine yesterday & still thinking about how great it was today. The burgers were scrumptious so I'm trying the chicken next time! The fries, tots, & sauces were outstanding. And try the hard cider shake! You won't be sorry 😋“

“So this place use to be super good. Now it’s just subpar food.If you’re going to go here eat at the restaurant. It does not travel well in the colder weather. The burger patties use to be hand pressed now they seem to be frozen pre made patties. But honestly the best things here are the sides and sauces. Cheese curds hands down best ever! But for sure eat them there or in the parking lot. The cajun sauce super yum! But even with just ok food the customer service gets five stars super friendly staff.“

When I got my new order, I could tell I was right about them not being happy about having to do it because the first order looked amazing like it was cooked with love, now the second order didn't look like it was made with love at all. It literally looked slapped together. They tasted TOTALLY different even though there was only a one ingredient difference - the difference is it wasn't made with love“

“All right my peeps, this is the place to go if you are hungry and you want some ma and pop type food from some absolutely hilarious, good lookin people! The fries are obviously fresh cut and fried and bomb, the burgers were delicious the chicken salad was off the chain and the free bucket was a bonus 😉 just passing through Salem and happened to pick that spot for lunch and I do not regret it at all! #gem“

“Let me start by saying, I have been to other Nancy Jo’s locations before so this review has elements of comparisons to past visits, and other locations. The energy level of staff was reflected in the excitement and quality of my order. Staff enthusiasm was incredibly low and the meat was dangerously close to be call well done. Both were very dry. I ordered about a hundred dollars worth of food and drink. We tried various types of burgers and sides and the best part was the bacon in the bacon burger and the onion rings. We were the only customers eating on site although a few DoorDash or pickups came through while we were there so it wasn’t a lack of capacity. My daughter found a hair in her food, and while I cannot be 100% sure it wasn’t hers, it would not surprise me if it was a staff members based on my overall experience, and the lack of head covering by kitchen staff. Other locations have flavor bursting out of the food and charismatic staff. Sadly that was not the case on this visit. The majority of our burgers had hardly any sauce at all, despite asking for “the works” so we added sauce at the self serve counter pump sauce container. This is my local Nancy Jo’s and it is disappointing to write this review.“

“Was welcomed and guided to my seat with comfort and love by Tyesha. My waitress, she was so mighty helpful when I was trying to decide what to order. It was delivered in a meaningful time. And she was very accommodating and caring.

“I went to Burgerville for the first time ever last night. My fiancé and I ordered 1 chocolate malt, and 1 strawberry shake- both larges, with no whip. We were given 1 large, and 1 medium- not the end of the world, but a little disappointing, and we didn't have the time to have them remake it, and didn't want the other one wasted. The shakes were amazing however.
The prices were higher than some fast food, but less than I thought they would be with their reputation for being pricey- this was a better price than another famous ice cream place we decided not to go to that wanted over $10 for what I got here for $7.something (the malt).“

“If there is a better burger place in salem I would love to know where it is. The fact that I can have grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on my burger 🍔 top notch 5 guys!!! My kids love the peanuts while waiting for a burger and the make your own coke machines are a huge hit with them. That's not even speaking to the mountain of fries that are made fresh and from actual potatoes not a frozen bag. This place is on the pricier side as far as fast food would be concerned but I view them more as a modern take on the classic diner so the cost is appropriate when you look at the slop you get from many places these days due to the cost to provide the quality they do.“

“The staff was AMAZING for my Make a Wish family’s send-off party! Diana, Chris, Julia, and friends were so accommodating from setup of our table, serving food, and helping assist the final clean up. Every staff member wore Disney gear, from entire costumes and Pajama onesies to mouse ear headbands. Mirabel/Julia was a most wonderful waitress and the whole family loved her. Their team provided an entire party for us, filled with balloons, Encanto glasses, crazy straws, and even helped us setup additional decorations. I could tell they were so excited to apart of something special, and the thing is, they were the ones that made it so special. One server told me “we’ve been shopping for this for weeks!” They all smiled as they came by the table to say hello to our wish family. The entire restaurant transformed just for our wish and it was an amazing experience. My heart was touched by the joyful nature of these employees. Everyone came together to celebrate my wish kid, and I am forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. So often we talk about our wish kids bringing hope to the world, but now I realize that the hope also comes from those who come to help. “I found this place in Salem after my fiancé moved up there for work almost a year ago. The food is great and reasonably priced. My favorite is the wimpy burger basket but the Chinese food is amazing!!!!! Ice cold draft beers which are served in frozen glasses. All the staff are amazing and very attentive to the customers. Kaylliee is absolute Rockstar, she knows what she's doing and takes great care of all her customers. If your ever in the area, check it out.“

“breakfast and burgers has been here for over 10 years now. We have tried the CORNED BEEF Hash for breakfast yesterday. It was so fresh since it was HOMEMADE. I literally just finished my second order in two days. I highly recommend for a St. Patrick's Day meal. There's something for everyone here. This was the best corned beef hash I've ever had. They are kind people with great food to enjoy with you. if you decide to try it, tell them I said hi!“

“Came through the drive thru at 9pm 3/28 they were super busy. The guy greeted me at the speaker deserves a raise, you can tell he was working hard but also maintained composure on drive thru and was very nice. My food was fresh and my order was accurate. The lady at the window was very sweet too despite it being busy.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“Had a long, rough day at work. Didn’t have the energy to make dinner and decided to pop into this location real quick instead. Lily, the girl at the drive thru seriously deserves a raise. Great customer service, very sweet to my fur baby who tagged along for the ride, and just a very kind, friendly person.“
