“We stopped in today for lunch on a beautiful Daturday afternoon in October. We had our pup with us, and he needed to get out of the car for a minute. We wondered around the food cart pod and found the cart we came for. The service was polite and friendly. We ordered some bacon jam grilled cheeseburgers and some dirty fries plus a separate patty for the pup. It came out hot and ready in about 10 minutes.

We received our order and went back to the car to get back on the road. Fed the dog his patty, and he, of course, crushed his burger. We decided we should probably eat ours too. The bacon jam smashburger was very good, super thin patty with a nice sweet bacon jam on top. Highly recommended. The dirty fries were also pretty good, a bit sweet from the burger sauce, but the pulled pork was a great touch. Well worth the short detour from where we came from to try this great spot. If your looking for a good local option in south Salem I recommend you stop in here and give them a shot.

“I stopped here with my family for burgers and they ended up getting the grilled cheese which they said were excellent. I had the bacon burger and I was perfectly cooked with onion rings.. we ordered 2 regular fries to realize we could have ordered just one. The small is good for just one person otherwise I suggest to split a regular between two maybe even three children. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.“

“Excellent, friendly service. Very plus size friendly. comfortable tables and chairs without arms. Seems very wheelchair accessible.No booths, only tables and chairs. Has a wheelchair ramp and it's fairly open and easy to move around. I am not a wheelchair user myself, but as a large woman, I like seeing lots of space to move around. Their food is excellent and their milkshakes are absolutely DEVINE!“

“The food was good. The service was great, however I was so cold I had trouble enjoying my meal. I can't believe I am the only person posting a complaint about this. My server actually said they get complaints daily about how cold it is and the manager doesn't do anything to rectify the situation. I mean it is freezing. I could not wait to leave. This has to be costing you business such as desert sales etc. Turn it up a couple of degrees.“

“My husband, myself and a friend had lunch at Santiam today. Stephanie was our server and was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable about drinks and food. She recommended some things. The food was just excellent as was the cherry cider I had.“

“Food was good, I had the hand battered fish it was good and the fries where ok. A little scrambled on service. I believe they where getting an inspection at the time . All the servers were helpful and friendly they just seemed a bit flustered, it took a while for me to get my check picked up and it was picked up by the manager who was walking the inspector through at the time.. Other than that all of the employees were very friendly and checked in often.“

“I got an insane amount of delicious food for so cheap, the waitresses and bartender were so friendly and pretty and it was such a nice clean place with fun atmosphere! 10/10 would go again.“

“I love the maitre d greeting us at the entry and seating us with a warm smile and friendly welcome. The senior menu works great as you get a little of everything for a great price and still have leftovers. Cooked eggs perfectly, along with pancakes, sausage and bacon. Also comes with hash browns. Coffee fresh and hot and leaves a carafe at your table.“

“The staff was AMAZING for my Make a Wish family’s send-off party! Diana, Chris, Julia, and friends were so accommodating from setup of our table, serving food, and helping assist the final clean up. Every staff member wore Disney gear, from entire costumes and Pajama onesies to mouse ear headbands. Mirabel/Julia was a most wonderful waitress and the whole family loved her. Their team provided an entire party for us, filled with balloons, Encanto glasses, crazy straws, and even helped us setup additional decorations. I could tell they were so excited to apart of something special, and the thing is, they were the ones that made it so special. One server told me “we’ve been shopping for this for weeks!” They all smiled as they came by the table to say hello to our wish family. The entire restaurant transformed just for our wish and it was an amazing experience. My heart was touched by the joyful nature of these employees. Everyone came together to celebrate my wish kid, and I am forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. So often we talk about our wish kids bringing hope to the world, but now I realize that the hope also comes from those who come to help. “Went in on Valentines day and the bartender was great! Kept all the customers taken care of and was very pleasant to talk to. With a bartender like her, you can be sure I will be back!“

“Awesome sports bar!! They have lots of TV's to cover all the games, on any given day. They have a pool table, that you can use for $5 an hour or .75 cents a game. There are a couple basketball games and a 4 player Pac-Man console. Which is perfect for when you bring the kids along! Minors are allowed up until closing, so it's very family friendly.Their food is delicious, everything I've tried there has been good but their Teriyaki Chicken Low Mein (or Yakisoba) bowls can't be beat??“

“We just had lunch here. There was a nice lady who took our order and a lady Cleaning, so it was all neat and clean. The cheese burgers were big, I could have gone with the little one, one patty I think. I had grilled onions. Better than Nancy's Everyone was polite, the music was nice.“

“Drive thru staff was great and friendly. Prompt on getting our order taken and drinks out. Took longer for the food and was disappointed when the bag was handed to us. The fries were almost cold. I am pretty sure they might of been closing but didn't see the hours. I figured with how long we waiting everything would of been warm or hot. Not so much“

“Food is always tasty and the staff are lovely. While we have some favorite staff members we have never been disappointed in the service we received. Rarely have any issues with orders and the few times it has happened it was handled quickly and pleasantly.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“Was pleased with this location. I was the only one in the drive thru so I got through super fast. Burger and fries were hot and vegetables were fresh. Nothing tasted bad or gross. I was not offered any sauces though and I was pretty disappointed in the size of the large fry. Compared to large fries from other places (McDonalds, Carls Jr, Wendys...) theirs was much smaller. I paid $14.08 for a whopper large combo and don't feel like the amount of fries was worth that, aside from the already outrageous prices due to inflation.“

“Extremely disappointed in the service and communication on their catering side. I wanted a small Memorial Service catered. I was told to email. Two days and no response, had to call again and they sent me an order link. I filled that out and instantly received an "unable to accommodate" email. This gives me very little time to look for someone else. I am honestly shocked because I used them several years ago for a 500 person event and they were easy to work with and communication was spot on. Not sure what happened but I won't recommend or use in the future.“

“The employee who helped me place my order yesterday at 5:22p.m. went above and beyond for me! Saved me money, was accurate with the customizations, and was super kind! I asked for the daily deal of the $1 large fry, and then proceeded to order three meals. Instead of charging me more for keeping one of my meals, he separated out the order into individual items! I didn't ask for him to save me money, but he did, plus got my order correct! I am very thankful!“
