was on my list of places to try;I was in the area with my wife last night,so we tried it out. First off, I want to say how wonderful the girl was behind the register that was so friendly and patient with us and our first time there. It was really great food and the atmosphere was pretty cool lookin,I'll definitely be back to try some other items.
Okay, where to begin?I opted for the honey bbq pork and fried chicken.I got that and the chubby fries with the pablano sauce.Bbq pork.First, the bao is the most incredible vessel for the flavor combination.Second, the pickled onion is fresh and offers a nice balance to the sweetness of the pork.The cucumber and the slaw balance the slight heat from the bbq sauce as well.It's a perfect bite.
