The very best (by far) quesadillas in the Pacific Northwest. No pictures because their food is so delicious, I don’t have enough self control to take a photo before digging in. Sooooo good! And I’m pretty much addicted to their cheese. Honestly, do yourself a huge favor and eat here, you won’t regret it. And you can watch the master cheesemakers at work! The cheese curds and sauce were amazing! The chicken burrito was delicious. We also tried the Birria tacos which were yummy but really messy. Lastly the guacamole was great! Everything was so fresh and I was craving it as I was eating it. We will definitely be back and will try nachos and ice cream next! Also the price was very affordable. Can’t wait to go back :)

The portions were large. We had fundido dip, a burrito & quesa birria. All amazing. We were so full, we couldn’t even try the ice cream. We purchased cheese to bring home and even that was delicious. Will be back for sure.
