“Nancy Joe's has very good burgers and very friendly and courteous service definitely the go-to spot for burgers..... My only complaint is every other time I go in there they get my order wrong. And I've become embarrassed to keep sending Burger back and asking them to fix it the way I ordered it so I just accept it however they choose to make it for me at that time. The last time I was there I ordered it as I always do... Lettuce pickle tomato and onion.. I got one piece of lettuce and a handful of pickles....oh jeez ?. I will still remain a customer of Nancy Joe's.“

“We just had lunch here. There was a nice lady who took our order and a lady Cleaning, so it was all neat and clean. The cheese burgers were big, I could have gone with the little one, one patty I think. I had grilled onions. Better than Nancy's Everyone was polite, the music was nice.“

“The employee who helped us was super friendly and extremely patient while we figured out what we wanted to order. He even brought us to go containers right when we needed them ☺️ I don't eat out often but I would definitely go again.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“Food is always tasty and the staff are lovely. While we have some favorite staff members we have never been disappointed in the service we received. Rarely have any issues with orders and the few times it has happened it was handled quickly and pleasantly.“

“Order the Burger salad with thousand Island dressing. No fork😕. Got two small cups with something red in them. Definitely not thousand Island dressing. Tried it before pouring on salad. It tasted like ketchup mixed with sugar mixed with something else. Immediately threw out both cups. I ended up just pouring a packet of mayonnaise on the salad. The salad was pretty good after finding a fork and a mayonnaise packet.“

Kid-friendliness: They love kids over here. They have kids meals for them little toys for them too as well, so I keep them distracted and almost all the time it’s super clean.

“Ordered 2 large chili's with cheese and onions. Additional cost for cheese. I like to get 2 for additional meals. I got a free bacon cheese burger with app. Burger is a small one not for larger eaters. My only problem with the chili is that it isn't full most of the time. I asked them to make sure they were full. I asked but didn't look until later. One was full and the other one wasn't. I asked them if they filled them up because I have trouble with getting them filled. She said yes the supervisor filled them up. I sometimes order the suger cookies. I like them and they are larger ones. Pretty reasonable price for the size.

Parking: Sometimes it's difficult to drive inside of parking area. Because of how busy they are. For anyone parking and pulling out of parking spots. Having the drive up window line close to parking is a bit tricky.“

“The employee who helped me place my order yesterday at 5:22p.m. went above and beyond for me! Saved me money, was accurate with the customizations, and was super kind! I asked for the daily deal of the $1 large fry, and then proceeded to order three meals. Instead of charging me more for keeping one of my meals, he separated out the order into individual items! I didn't ask for him to save me money, but he did, plus got my order correct! I am very thankful!“

“Got a family bucket 8 piece chicken meal with two mashed potatoes and gravy and a large coleslaw for biscuits all for only 22 bucks that's a killer deal for today's prices and their large mashed potatoes are actually large if you go to Popeyes you get about half the size for a dollar more they did forget my coleslaw I got home and called and spoke with Lindsey she was very nice and when I got there there was a few people in line upset that they did not get their food but I felt bad for the workers because they were swamped and obviously the manager was trying to train new people they were really busy so I gave them for stars even though they forgot my coleslaw because they were trying really hard to make everybody happy. I'll go back again“

“This is the best McDonalds in Salem oregon. The manager is friendly helpful and involved. All the workers are happy. The location is a little rough so close to the capitol but that won’t keep me away. I can only afford McDonalds maybe once or twice a month anymore but when I can I go to this location. Every order correct, each burger made so well it's photo worthy and just great tasting food. Fast service, great employees. If you use the app, you can get cheaper deals. “I went in the other day. My bank account was hacked. I was miserable, worried and I was going to get a frosty.Couldn't quite afford it.So I just got a sandwich. The woman brought my food to me and needed a meal with fries and frosty. God bless her kindness and compassion.“

“We enjoyed eating here. It is an old school diner, wish old school music was playing. It’s a no frills nothing fancy about it, we have passed by several times. We tried their patty melt and onion rings, and was delicious! I’m very happy that we decided to go. We will go back to try the malts and burgers.“

“Another friendly sandwich shop. We were greeted at the order point. They were pretty busy when we were here. Sandwiches were put together in an assembly line type of manner. One of the employees was training with a more seasoned employee. They made brief conversation with us. The only down side to this location, was the tables were a little dirty and we had to wipe down our own table. Everything else was good. The sandwiches were great. Normally I’ve eaten sandwiches to go. This was the first time I ate at the shop and they were so much better eating them right away.“

Only thing that sucks is that Dave’s Chicken puts their drive thru sign in the middle of the parking lot making it a little difficult to maneuver.“

“You guys are always the best but today was on another level. I've worked customer service and the way the pizza maker handled the person ahead of me was top notch. The ability to deal with a difficult customer and not miss a beat and then handle me and a large wave of the beginning lunch rush reminded me that there are good customer service workers out there. Not only did your pizza make my day better, but seeing your good nature brightened my day too.“

On the other hand my server a white short girl could not hide her racism towards “minorities” frowning the whole time she was preparing our plate.

“My daughter and I swing in for sandwiches often on my way to work nights. The employees here are amazing and friendly and always make our stop fun and enjoyable. My daughter is picky and will always ask for "half this" or "double that" and they give her exactly what she wants every time. This location is our favorite and the staff are the best in Salem.
