I was surprised at how hot everything was, the chicken sandwich was juicy and not all dried out. The waffle fries were hot and crispy and hit the spot. The customer service was great! “We have eaten at Baja Fresh in Salem for several years. The food is always fresh and tastes excellent. The staff is very friendly. We love their salsa bar. It's full of different kinds of fresh salsa to choose from. Our favorite is their pico and mango salsa.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“My family of four just had a wonderful example of exemplary customer service from Fabiola. She helped us at the drive-thru and had the most cheerful smile. “Went through the drive-thru. I specifically asked for ranch and bronco berry sauce. I got neither. It's really important when you have expensive jalapeno poppers as your side that you actually get your sauce. Also order one of the new steak sandwiches, the meal was 15 bucks with a small drink, they put the sandwich on the very bottom of the bag with everything else on top of it. So by the time I got home it was flat and the bread was squished. I just feel like when you get three medium meals and it cost you $40 somebody should care a little bit about the delivery.“

“I had a great experience at MOD Pizza. The whole concept is awesome—you get to build your own pizza exactly the way you like it, and they don’t charge extra for adding more toppings. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the pizza came out of the oven hot and crispy in just a few minutes.

The staff was friendly, quick, and made the process really easy. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere, which made the visit even better. It’s a great place if you want a fast meal without sacrificing quality.

“So, I was just reminiscing about how many years ago my mom would bring my brothers and I here. How many remodels have been done in the 50 + years I have known it. Now I bring my grandkids here, same taste as before.
Now there is a wild mix of people who frequent this establishment. Being downtown has always had that effect. Know that restrooms are locked, you must be buzzed in.
It was easy parking, but the drive-thru line has always been an issue navigating to get to the parking. It is actually easier to enter from center street if you are dining inside.
Again food is like any McDonalds. Consistant taste.“

“Got a family bucket 8 piece chicken meal with two mashed potatoes and gravy and a large coleslaw for biscuits all for only 22 bucks that's a killer deal for today's prices and their large mashed potatoes are actually large if you go to Popeyes you get about half the size for a dollar more they did forget my coleslaw I got home and called and spoke with Lindsey she was very nice and when I got there there was a few people in line upset that they did not get their food but I felt bad for the workers because they were swamped and obviously the manager was trying to train new people they were really busy so I gave them for stars even though they forgot my coleslaw because they were trying really hard to make everybody happy. I'll go back again“

“This Taco Bell is usually one of the better fast food spots around. The staff is generally friendly, the food is made well, and they’re normally pretty quick even when the line gets long. Orders are correct more often than not, which honestly goes a long way these days.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is consistency. Every once in a while the wait gets pretty long or something small gets missed in the order, but overall it’s a reliable location and I keep coming back.“

The quality is good, but I will note that it varies.

The bread is sometimes a little over or under cooked before they begin to open it and prepare the sandwich.

The vegetables are mostly all of peak quality, however vegetables have a short window of peakness, and some may be a little past or not quite there.

The ladies that work here have been nothing but kind to us the 2 times we have come so far.“

“Genuinely the best Taco Bell I have been, top 1 for the speed in Salem the interior kinda old the one on Madrona is better but the food mama Mia guys really good. Want to give some special love to customer service especially to the guy named Platon Zainchenko. He knows how to talk to customers and how to solve problems. “Been there quite a bit for drive through breakfast on our way out to do something. Most of the time great experience with employees and quality of food. Always fast and accurate. Sometimes the kitchen burns the bacon and I have actually broken and tooth on a bacon cheese biscuit. Wasn't funny at the time, but I still go there and I still enjoy the biscuits.“
