My kids love the peanuts while waiting for a burger and the make your own coke machines are a huge hit with them. That's not even speaking to the mountain of fries that are made fresh and from actual potatoes not a frozen bag. This place is on the pricier side as far as fast food would be concerned but I view them more as a modern take on the classic diner so the cost is appropriate when you look at the slop you get from many places these days due to the cost to provide the quality they do.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr.! The customer service was top-notch—friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was spotless, and there was no wait at all. Our food came out quickly and tasted great. One of the employees even checked in to see if we needed anything, and when we asked for more creamer and sugar for our coffee, she brought it back promptly with a warm smile. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. Definitely coming back!“

“Went to the drive thru to get a frosty. Unfortunately I dont know his name, but the drive thru attendant was great.
RANT, to the food or in my case the frosty. I wax definitely disappointed in the value of the frosty for the price. I ordered a large, which seemed more like a medium, at a extra large price. This must be why I generally dont go to fast food establishments.“

“My order was wrong, so I had to have them remake it and they didn't seem happy at all to have to do it. When I got my new order, I could tell I was right about them not being happy about having to do it because the first order looked amazing like it was cooked with love, now the second order didn't look like it was made with love at all. It literally looked slapped together. They tasted TOTALLY different even though there was only a one ingredient difference - the difference is it wasn't made with love“

“Got a family bucket 8 piece chicken meal with two mashed potatoes and gravy and a large coleslaw for biscuits all for only 22 bucks that's a killer deal for today's prices and their large mashed potatoes are actually large if you go to Popeyes you get about half the size for a dollar more they did forget my coleslaw I got home and called and spoke with Lindsey she was very nice and when I got there there was a few people in line upset that they did not get their food but I felt bad for the workers because they were swamped and obviously the manager was trying to train new people they were really busy so I gave them for stars even though they forgot my coleslaw because they were trying really hard to make everybody happy. “I had a #8 chicken sandwich with a large chocolate Frosty. The sandwich was great chicken was hot, lettuce and tomato were crisp and fresh. Fryes were hot and tasty. My only thing is the frosty. It was thick and tasty, very chocolaty. They gave me a standard straw, that collapsed with every sip. I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me and had to wait nearly 2 hours for it to melt enough to drink. What happened to spoons.. everyone wants a spoon to enjoy the best chocolate Frosty on the planet. Getting a straw that collapsed is a bad idea.“

“The employee who helped me place my order yesterday at 5:22p.m. went above and beyond for me! Saved me money, was accurate with the customizations, and was super kind! I asked for the daily deal of the $1 large fry, and then proceeded to order three meals. Instead of charging me more for keeping one of my meals, he separated out the order into individual items! I didn't ask for him to save me money, but he did, plus got my order correct! I am very thankful!“
