Jimmy John's in Salem

“Ive been a customer at this jimmy johns for two years. I order the same sandwich, the same exact way every time. I want to let the owner know personally, why i spend so much money at this location. I love the sandwich, which i could get at any location, its the staff here that keeps bringing me back. I want to personally compliment some staff. First, Emilio who runs a tight ship, and always has helped me with any problem ive had. Stacey, a true leader, who has calmly, problem solved some pretty challenging issues which were all resolved positively. Next is Alyssia, who is also a great leader, and a really sweet person to deal with when you come in. Also, my delivery guy Jeremy, who always delivers my sandwich in a timely manner, and many times extremely fast. Mr. Owner, you should really take notice of my words, and really appreciate these staff members, and be lucky you have them, because they are not just a number but, hard workin folks who truly deserve a raise!!! “Vegetarian options: I'd say that they have sandwiches that fit most anyone's craving at any time.

Dietary restrictions: They handle non gluten orders professionally and are neat when not having sauces or juices from other sandwiches mix with later orders.

Parking: Big lot available.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen whole families go in and take up half the store and they get served accordingly and are allowed to have kids that are just being kids without being told anything in complaint.“

“Just ordered my first Jimmy John sub. Turkey Tom. Wonderful soft bread, one can tell its fresh and ingredients were simple, not too overdressed with mayo. Yum. Good service too, took 5 minutes and staff accommodating.

Parking: Parking wasn't too bad. Crowded but enough to park and run in.“
